General conditions

All forwarding activities are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, latest version, including the arbitration clause, filed by Fenex with the Court Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam. Unless agreed to the contrary in writing, no activities undertaken by Wood Products Logistics BV are for own account but exclusively for third parties in WPL's capacity of forwarding agents or as agents to the principal. Storage activities are subject to the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, latest version, including the arbitration clause, filed by Fenex with the Court Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam.

In general, for all an any contract the conditions of our subcontractors are applicable. If there is doubt regarding the applicable conditions, the decision of Wood Products Logistics BV is binding. All of the aforementioned conditions will be supplied immediately upon request and can be accessed on www.wpl.nu. All our quotations are without obligations.
